As a local Team Member, you would be responsible for following up with customer requests for policy changes, information and documentation needed, billing changes, and gathering needed information for proper underwriting. You will also assist in booking appointments and developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, work well independently, organized, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer service, processing changes, explaining changes in billing, and gathering information.
  • Schedule appointments and identify customer needs.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet office and individual goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Customer service experience 
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license an absolute necessity
Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
